Siegel Residence

Customer: Roger B. Kennedy, Inc.

Description: Detailing, fabrication, and erection of approximately 800 tons of structural and miscellaneous steel for Versace Mansion, a private residence recognized as “the largest family home in North America” at the time of construction. Encompassing more than 66,800 square feet of conditioned space, the project demanded extensive coordination, precision detailing, and high-quality craftsmanship to support the scale and architectural complexity of the estate.

The scope showcased the ability to deliver large-scale custom structural steel solutions for one of the region’s most notable residential projects.
