Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Studios

Customer: Balfour Beatty Construction

Description: Fabrication and erection of approximately 1,300 tons of structural steel for Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, a 1,000-room resort destination featuring more than 131,000 square feet of convention and meeting space.

The nine-building complex required extensive coordination and large-scale structural steel installation to support the resort’s expansive hospitality and conference facilities.

A major component of the project included the installation of long-span trusses measuring 160 feet in length and 13 feet in depth over the main ballroom, showcasing the scale, complexity, and precision engineering involved in the construction process.
