Description: Fabrication and erection of structural steel and miscellaneous metals for one of six major enhancements to the U.S. Air Force’s Eastern Processing Facility at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

The scope of work included jumbo wide-flange structural members, HSS wind girts and bracing, mega-door framing steel, steel joists, metal decking, mezzanines, girts, overhead crane supports, stairs, railings, and ladders. Designed to support critical aerospace and defense operations, the project required extensive coordination and precision execution across a wide range of structural systems.

A unique aspect of the project was that construction took place within an active, highly secure facility operating under stringent security protocols. With access restricted exclusively to U.S. persons, the work demanded meticulous planning, strict compliance, and close collaboration among all stakeholders to safely and successfully deliver the project while maintaining uninterrupted facility operations.
