Artemis II

Customer: Comet

Description: Support of critical launch infrastructure for the Artemis II mission at Kennedy Space Center, including work associated with the ML1 Mobile Launcher and facilities supporting NASA’s next-generation deep space exploration program. As the first crewed mission in the Artemis program, Artemis II represents a major milestone in advancing human spaceflight beyond low Earth orbit and laying the foundation for future lunar and deep space missions. The project highlights the precision, coordination, and engineering excellence required to support complex aerospace operations, where safety, quality, and execution are paramount. Met-Con’s involvement, as an aerospace construction contractor, demonstrates its continued role in delivering the structural steel and infrastructure solutions that help enable some of the nation’s most ambitious aerospace initiatives.
