Amway Event Center Parking Garage

Customer: PCL Construction Services

Description: Fabrication and erection of the miscellaneous and structural steel for the 8-level parking garage serving the former Amway Center, home of the Orlando Magic, along with installation of the architectural aluminum cladding system.

Originally constructed as part of the arena development project, both the arena and parking facility have since been renamed, with the venue now known as Kia Center.

The project required extensive coordination and precision execution to deliver a durable, high-capacity structure that complemented the modern architectural design of the entertainment complex.
